Peace Meditation

Peace emanates from the soul and is the sacred inner environment in which true happiness unfolds.


With this meditation by Paramahansa Yogananda, as you concentrate on the inner meaning of the words he will feel deep peace within.


Finding a comfortable place ~ sitting or lying down ~ close your eyes gently and relax ~~ taking a deep breath in~ and sending that breath all the way to the bottom of your diaphragm.

Holding that breath for a few seconds and then releasing that breath. ~~



Let your breath to travel throughout your body


Each breath in nourishes, replishes and restores on a cellular level.

Each breath out releases old, unneeded energy.


I am a temple of quietness

Peace fills my body, fills my heart

And dwells within my love.

Peace within, with out, everywhere infinite peace surrounds my life and permeates all the moments of my existence.

Peace onto myself, peace onto my family, peace onto my nation.

Peace onto my world, peace onto my cosmos.

May your life be filled with the peace and joy that is present within your soul.
